Introduction/PurposeAnyone wishing to use municipal property to operate a patio is required to obtain a permit from the City of Burlington prior to installation. Please submit this form if you plan on installing a seasonal outdoor patio on public lands. City staff will review your request for a seasonal outdoor patio in accordance with applicable City of Burlington regulations and the Pubic Lands Seasonal Patio Guidelines. The 2025 patio season will occur during the period of April 15- October 31.
