Introduction/PurposeThe City of Burlington has approved temporary measures to permit temporary patios for 2023 to help businesses, restaurants and bars, recover from COVID-19. Please submit this form and the required supporting documents outlined below. City staff will review your request for a temporary patio in accordance with applicable City of Burlington regulations and the General Guidelines.
