Temporary Liquor Licence Application Form - Patios on Private Property

Introduction/Purpose
The City of Burlington has enacted Zoning By-law 2020.463, which will allow local restaurants and eating establishments to continue to use more spaces on private property for outdoor dining. Please submit this form if you plan on serving liquor on a temporary patio which is located solely on private property. The 2024 patio season will occur during the period of April 15 - October 31.
