Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and will be used to administer your vendor application for Festivals and Events in Burlington. Important Notes

Canada Day Deadline: April 1, 2025

All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status after the deadline. Late applications will be considered on an as need and available space basis.

Applications are reviewed in order of acceptance and are not guaranteed.

Your participation may be refused if your application differs from your on-site booth set-up or does not meet Health and Safety requirements.

Payments are required upon approval of the application. A separate form will be provided.

All vendors must provide Insurance Certificate 30 days before the event for a minimum of $2 million general liability insurance or higher.
The Corporation of the City of Burlington must be included as an additional insured.

Marketplace/Retail Vendor for Community or Non-Profit $337.80 + tax
Commercial Marketplace/Retail Vendor - $744.70 + tax
Food Vendor $744.70 + tax
