Purpose
Please use this form to request a meeting with the Mayor at City Hall.
This form helps us to prioritize meeting requests based on time sensitivity or other factors; determine whether the matter can be resolved more quickly and efficiently without the need for a meeting; gather background information and determine who should attend; and assess whether the matter is in the city’s area of jurisdiction. If the issue is not within the city or mayor’s jurisdiction, we will do our best to redirect you to where you can get appropriate assistance.
The Mayor meets with residents, community organizations, and businesses on a variety of issues as often as her schedule permits. Meetings with the Mayor should be requested for issues that are of a city-wide nature and impact Burlington as a whole. Issues that are specific to a particular location or neighborhood should first be discussed with the appropriate Ward Councillor. To find out who your Ward Councillor is, please visit Find Your Ward Councillor.
Due to the volume of requests received, meetings are generally scheduled in 15-minute increments to accommodate as many requests as possible.
