Purpose
This form is to be used to invite the Mayor to attend or speak at a public meeting or event or to provide a pre-recorded message for the event. Please provide your contact information and all required details below as accurately as possible. As the mayor's calendar is often booked up to 8 weeks in advance, not all requests can be accommodated, though we will always try our best.
If you are looking to request a proclamation, flag raising or congratulatory letter, whether in relation to this event or on its own, please click on the appropriate link to do so. For event invitations simply click "continue" at the bottom of this page.
