Fire Truck Visit Request Form

Fire crew and truck will come to your event location

The purpose of the fire truck visit is to provide public fire and life safety education and to provide a value-added learning experience.

Please ensure the following before booking your request:

Truck visits must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks before the request date.
The majority of the intended audience/event participants must be 5 years of age or older to ensure comprehension of fire prevention and life safety messages.
Clear access and designated parking is required for all fire department vehicles. Please provide instructions for truck parking and access in your request.
While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time or length of visit as attending trucks are in service and must be ready to respond to emergencies.
Once your request has been confirmed on the schedule, you will receive an email from firedepartment@burlington.caconfirming your fire truck booking.
