City Hall Display Case Application Form

Purpose:
If you are a non-profit community group or charitable organization interested in promoting your organization or event you can apply to use one of our City Hall display cases. Please review our Display Case Guidlines/Policy before you apply.

Notice of Collection:
Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used to respond to your service request and create a customer contact record in the City's internal Customer Relationship Management system.  Access to your personal information is restricted to City staff.  Personal information may also be used to follow up with you, collect feedback and provide quality assurance.  Questions regarding this collection may be addressed to the Manager, Customer Experience via email to clare.cameron@burlington.ca. 

Eligibility for Use:
All not-for-profit community groups and charitable organizations who read and agree to the terms can apply.

• Outdoor Display Case
  Located in front of City Hall at 426 Brant Street
  Dimensions (L x W x H) 68”x20”x48”
• Indoor Display Case
  Located on the second floor of City Hall, in front of the Council Chambers
  Dimensions (L x W x H) 68”x20”x48”
