Lobbyist Registration Form

Purpose

Any individual, business or group who meets with a Member of Council for the purpose of influencing or attempting to influence an issue that is or may be pending before Council or one of its Standing Committees is required to register their lobbying activity.

Personal information collected by this form is under the authority of the Municipal Act for the purpose maintaining and communicating a record of lobbying activity to ensure municipal lobbying is carried out transparently and in a manner that ensures accountability as outlined in Section 223.9 to Section 223.12 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c 25 (the “Act”).
