Combined Residential Swimming Pool Application

Purpose

This application form combines Zoning Clearance, Forestry, and Pool Enclosure approvals.

If you are applying for development related to detached, semi-detached or duplex dwellings, do NOT use this application. Please use the new Consolidated Pre-Building Permit Application form for Low Density Residential Development [PDF] that combines Zoning, Grading & Drainage and Forestry reviews.

If you are applying for a non-residential zoning certificate, do NOT use this application.  Please use the Zoning Clearance Application form.

If you live in rural Burlington (outside of the urban area planning boundary) please select the checkbox for rural properties to determine the applicable tree bylaw.

Submission Standards
Please ensure your application conforms to the Zoning Certificate and Pool Enclosure Permit Checklist and any Forestry Submission Requirements. Applications that do not conform will not be accepted.

Required Documents
You will be asked to attach all required documents in PDF format. Please have these documents ready.
