Purpose
Any individual, business, or group who meets with a public office holder (Member of Council, Director level or above) for the purpose of influencing or attempting to influence an issue that is or may be pending before Council or one of its Standing Committees is required to register their lobbying activity.Please Note: Completion of this form does not schedule a meeting.
Notice of Collection
Personal information collected by this form is under the authority of the Municipal Act for the purpose maintaining and communicating a record of lobbying activity to ensure municipal lobbying is carried out transparently and in a manner that ensures accountability as outlined in Section 223.9 to Section 223.12 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c 25 (the “Act”).
